What time can I check in and check out?
We have a guaranteed check in-time from 3.00 PM. If you arrive earlier than that and the room is not quite ready, we will be happy to store your bags in our luggage room until the room is ready.
Check-out time is at 12.00 AM. We can, depending on availability, arrange a late check out for 100 SEK per hour. If you want a late check out, please contact the front desk the evening before departure.
Can I pay with Euro?
Hotel Bentleys is Cash Free since 2019. We accept the following credit cards; DINERS, AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD
Do you have a luggage room?
Yes, we have a luggage room that guests can use free of charge. We do not take any responsibility for valuables stored in the luggage room.
When is breakfast served?
Our breakfast buffet is served Monday-Friday 6.30-10.00 AM and Saturday-Sunday 7.30-10.30 AM.
We can arrange earlier breakfast if needed, for more information contact the front desk the evening before.
How much does a taxi cost to Arlanda Airport and Bromma Airport?
Depending on which company used it costs between 295 SEK to 595 SEK. For help with booking a taxi, contact the front desk.
Do you have a restaurant?
Breakfast buffet is served in the inner courtyard. Fruit and cookies along with hot and cold beverages are served in the lobby at all times. The lobby bar offers a selection of alcoholic beverages from 15.00.
There are many good restaurants in the area, please contact the front desk for more information and help booking a table.
Do you have a gym?
No, we do not have any training facilities.
Do you have Internet connection in the rooms?
We have a broadband connection in every room and you can borrow a network cable at the front desk. We also have wireless Internet in every room and in the lobby area. Information about passwords can be found at the front desk.
Where is the nearest Metro station?
You can reach the metro system via the stations Hötorget and Rådmansgatan. Both of them are on the green line. You find the entrance to Hötorget at the corner of Sveavägen/Olof Palmes Gata. The entrance for Rådmansgatan is located at the corner of Rådmansgatan/Sveavägen.
How to find the hotel?
From the Central Station: By foot follow Klarabergsgatan, then turn left and follow Drottninggatan to number 77. You can also follow Vasagatan and turn right on Wallingatan, and then turn left at Drottninggatan.
Were do I park my car?
The hotel does not have parking. You can park in the street, although not in Drottningggatan which is a pedestrian street. It is also possible to park in a garage; the nearest one is located under Norra Latin.
How do I get to Gamla Stan?
If you enjoy the walk just follow Drottninggatan southwards. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the Royal Palace. You can also take the metro from Hötorget to Gamla Stan.
Where does the tram to Djurgården depart from?
It departs from Hamngatan, by Sergels Torg. It is line number 7 and it leaves every 7-8 minutes during 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM.
How do I get to Stockholmsmässan and Kistamässan?
To Stockholmsmässan you take the commuter train from the Central Station to Älvsjö Station. The trip takes about 10 minutes.
To get to Kistamässan you take the metro's blue line från T-centralen towards Akalla and get off at Kista Station. The trip takes about 17 minutes.
Is there air conditioning, hairdryer and bathroom in the rooms?
All our rooms have private bathrooms, with shower, toilet and hairdryer. None of our rooms have bathtubs. There is no air conditioning but rooms have a table fan. If you feel a little cold you can borrow an extra heater at the front desk.
Can I invite a friend to breakfast?
Yes you can! For 145 SEK you can invite a friend or a relative to join you for breakfast.
Where is the nearest pharmacy:
On Klarabergsgatan there is a pharmacy open 24 hours. There are several other pharmacies in the area as well.
